Star Wars: A New Hope
On the Jawa Sandcrawler, after the second time R2 looks at R5-D4, when they cut back to the R2-D2, he turns his head and you can see the face of Kenny Baker, the midget operator of the droid, through the bubble on R2's head.
During all the scenes where Aunt Beru has lines, her lips never quite meet up with her words. I have heard that this is because George Lucas felt that the actress' voice was to deep, so he had her voice dubbed over.
When Luke and Ben enter the cantina, and the camera flashes around the cantina, we see various aliens. One is Kabe, a mousy alien, who is begging for a drink. At one point, when the alien turns his head, you can see right through her eyes!
Just after Han says, "Looks like someone is beginning to take an interest in your handywork" The camera cuts the stormtroopers. In the shot, you can see the mousy alien (Kabe) take a drink, and totally miss his mouth!
In the trash compactor right after the dianoga roars, Luke says, "What was that?", but no sound comes from his mouth.
In the trash compactor, just before 3-P0 talks into his comlink, the bar that Leia is grasping momentarily crushes.
After the Death Star is destroyed, back at the Rebel base on Yavin 4, when all the troops are crowded around Luke congratulating him, he yells "Carrie" instead of Leia.
The Empire Strikes Back
Just as the Millenium Falcon is entering the asteroid field, you can see out the window of the Falcon two asteroids, one is a potato, the other is a shoe!
Return of the Jedi
When Han is running away from the bunker that is about to blow up, he yells, "Move, move!" As he distances himself from the building, the second time he yells, "Move!" you can see his reflection behind him, running in the opposite direction.
Immediatly after C-3P0 first talks to the Ewoks, one of the ewoks can clearly be heard saying -- "This guy is wise"!
